What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers Hot Head treatment of personally identifiable information that Hot Head collects when you are on the Hot Head site and when you use Hot Head services. This policy also covers Hot Head treatment of any personally identifiable information that Hot Head business partners share with Hot Head or that Hot Head may collect on a partner's site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Hot Head does not own or control, or to people that Hot Head does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
Hot Head collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Hot Head account, when you use certain Hot Head products or services, and when you enter promotions. Hot Head may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with Hot Head, we ask for your name and email address. Once you register with Hot Head and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Hot Head gives you the ability to edit your Hot Head Account Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want Hot Head to contact you about specials and new products. You may request deletion of your Hot Head account by visiting our Account Deletion page, verifying your password once more and confirming your choice to terminate the account. Your Hot Head Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas Hot Head uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
